LG Nexus 4 Better than Sony Xperia Z and SamsungGalaxy S4?

Sony Brings a new model named Xperia Z and ZL with a waterproof and dust proof feature.
Samsung has brought S4 to compete to their rival with somewhat same price and similar features.
Both of these smart phones are $650+.
I am comparing a 360$ Smartphone with these two monsters. So that you can buy a phone which matches these two classics closely.

Keeping These more features in mind one should surely go for a Nexus. Since google makes all of the upgrades of android, so it will be smart move to go for a google smartphone (Nexus) rather than doubly expensive phones with similar features. Apart from these theoretical stats. Nexus is way better on practical grounds, i will never lag if you dont mess up with Roms and kernels. In short its and all round economical high level smart phone of this era.
